Great staff, free vacuums, cleaners, and towels, a mat washer. Nice wash with plenty of space to detail your car. Good value with the membership!
I just went to mod wash because tidal wave was closed for maintenance and if you’re going for a singular wash i personally would say that tidal wave is much much better. I paid a $1 more than I would’ve at Tidal wave and my front bumper was still completely dirty after the wash! With a membership I’d imagine that Mod Wash would be effective with frequent washes but for a singular wash definitely go Tidal Wave!
Super complicated to cancel. Canceled a while ago. Sent a email like stated. Still charging me. 2 months now havent been Unacceptable
Worst car wash ever for $31!!.. the whole premium wash took under 1min.. my car is still dirty n wet..the dryer might have touched my car for 5 Sec.. no lie.. when I asked the attendee about it, she replied w ya we started having problems this morning w it.. but yet knowing I was a new customer n not a member they said nothing ahead of time, but was surly fast to take my money!!
