I hate to leave bad reviews I really do but for the price you pay for the top tier carwash And you just get crap I’m still trying to get the video footage from my dash cam . But going through twice because the truck had left over soap all over it when it dried just looked like a mess The whole front of the truck didn’t even look like it got touched going through the car wash TWICE On top of that the vacuums barely even suck The air hoses don’t work The only thing they give you to kinda detail your interior is window cleaner ... read more
Just how much does ModWash really care about their customers? Today, Sunday, October 26, 2025 I took my family’s car for a quick wash. Upon exiting the washer, the driver’s-side mirror was hanging from its base- after discussing with Jordan (when he returned from getting his Papa John’s pizza), I was informed that nothing could be reported or reviewed until Connor (general mgr) returned from his honeymoon, Nov. 2nd. Outstanding customer service! I encountered a problem when I pulled into the car wash, and the manager Jordan took care of me! He didn't have to do what he did, but he went the extra mile! I WILL be back! Top notch customer service!!
