The person directed my son into the wash wrong. Three tires were shredded. They won't rectify the situation because his vehicle is over 5 years old. This was a negligent employee.
Customer service has really gone south of late. Not sure if new management is the issue or lack of management
Honestly spent $30.00 on probably the worst wash ever smh probably could have done the same with a water hose and a blow dryer 🤦♂️
