Equipment not working, vehicle not getting clean. Now no towels available. Went inside to complain and the man there had no response. Literally. He just stood there. Toll him 5 attempts to enter my phone number to cancel my membership. The place was great when they opened. Now, it’s going downhill fast.Â

Every time I go there something is broken I can never seem to get a complete wash the other day no soap complete waste of time on most days. Only half of the vacuums work if your that luckyÂ
Absolute rip off! $18 for a car wash that missed more than half the vehicle as their soap and water sprayers aren't working. Since there was no water or soap on the vehicle the brushes left scratches all through my paint. When I talked to the attendant they readily admited half their equipment is broken in the wash tunnel and has been for a while. Asked for a refund was told the best they could do is send me thru the broken car wash again for more of the same results and more damage. Avoid this place!Â
For at least the past two months, the second set of ‘brushes’ have not worked. Went today and still not working. Additionally, the initial rinse only operated on the right side of the car leaving the left side soapy. Went on several other occasions where the entire wash was non- operational for undisclosed reasons. I don’t believe the owner cares much about fixing these issues.Â
