Went here on Dec 8 and have been waiting almost 1.5 months to hear back from a district manager (because this location was operating without a general manager for over a month) in regards to damage to my car sustained in the wash. They are denying us for any damages after waiting this long even though I am literally on footage in their parking lot fixing my side mirrors after exiting the wash because the machines banged up against them, pushing them in. UPDATE: 1/28/26 - my husband reached out to that email WEEKS ago and never received any response back. Paid $21 for my car to look like a drunk person did it. No towels/cleaners were available at the end, vacuums were missing, some were laying detached on the ground. Last time I will go there
