BEWARE OF CHARGES. I signed up for a basic unlimited wash with promo cost for first month. I was told it was $19.99 per month to continue after. NO WHERE DID I SEE COSTS as the employee entered everything. A few months later, I saw this charge in pending at $19.99 and didn't question. Now I find that I'm paying $30 bucks a month. I would have never. Very poor practice..... web page does not show pricing either and no way to set up log in to manage your account like many other car washes I have had.
For the majority of the months of April and May, their wash was “under maintenance” and I was unable to use my once/daily membership that they continued to draft from my bank account. That alone was extremely inconvenient but now that I’ve canceled my membership and requested a partial refund for those months, they are refusing to do so. Their customer services takes over a week to respond to emails and they are not willing to refund for the services they were unable to provide.
