I'm changing my rating giving it a 3 star because they allow their workers to park halfway onto handicap parking spot. I normally go there daily unless raining.. I've tried to email no response. I have a problem with this and the company Mod Wash to. Sometimes it's very crowded I am disabled but can never Park in handicapped spot.

UPDATE @ bottom— I struggled with what rating to give because initially it was going to be one star. The car wash pretty much just dusted off my car. It wasn’t abnormally gross but did have bugs from a trip on it and it came out still pretty dirty. (The front was the worse, but still was dirty all around my car as well) I noticed another man cleaning the outside of his vehicle and originally thought well that’s odd but then I understood why after stepping out and seeing mine. I like Mod, don’t get me wrong. But this location seems to almost be closed for “maintenance.” Im assuming it’s to clean everything and that’s valid, but like every other time I try to go they’re closed. It makes me not want to go and just find somewhere else :(
Modwash has really gone down lately, its always closed down and you see these “managers” sitting down not helping the regular workers when there’s a lot of cars out! This needs to change!
