We really like this car wash. The employees are very responsive and friendly. They want to make sure that you are pleased with their service or else they will do whatever is necessary to correct an issue. The towels and cleaning accessories are always well stocked. They play loud music outside to listen to while you are wiping down your car and that actually makes the task more enjoyable.
Shoutout to Peyton, I didn’t know ModWash didn’t take Apple Pay but he still helped me get my car shiny clean with a discount code!
Half of the dry spots don’t have vacuums and haven’t for a few weeks at least. There is also a set of sprayers in the driver side towards the end that haven’t been working either. Car comes out pretty clean but room for improvement.
My car suffered $400 worth of damage at this car wash, and is only 3 years old. After going through the wash, my granddaughter brought to my attention a large piece of the body molding which was pulled loose while in the car wash. I filled out a report and there were numerous photos taken. After 4 weeks of waiting, the claim was denied. This vehicle is 3 years old.
