Great quality and locally made
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. It is taking a toll emotionally on me. I would give them a minus 10. I hope I can save you lots of heartache and money. I have built a few homes and sold many on behalf of decent contractors before I retired here.
I'd give them no stars if that was possible. The management team is disrespectful and does not get back to issues or concerns. No 2 builds are a like. I had to have my deck built a foot lower than the entrance level as they decided to put the outdoor faucet down too low. As well, there is only one outlet on the outside of the house. They did not use any primer before painting the inside and the paint chips very easily and the drywall is super soft. Horrible customer service, short cuts every job.They donot honor there word for repairs. Still waiting 6months now.if there's a class action lawsuit pleas notified us. Ram just beats around the bush. Scott deflects. still waiting for are repairs! Faulty foundation work. We live in a park model park, since there neglect too stand by there're word, we had six people come by too look and ask us questions. What is coming out of it is quality homes has sold 6 homes. It’s been a couple months since we had our new home delivered and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We were able to custom from start to finish. Ram and his crew took personal pride in their workmanship to make sure we as customers ended up with what we were expecting. I would recommend Modulux Design to anyone who is thinking of building a park model. UPDATE: it’s been 5 years since Modulux brought park model & set it up on our lot.
