Fantastic service, I did the TCM exchange for a 2012 Mazda 5 2.5L and it worked perfectly, straight plug and play and returned the old one in the same box, return shipping was about $25 at Canada Post. The TCM was delivered same week. Very helpful and knowledgeable people, you can call or email them with any questions. Originally I bought a $300 cheapo on amazon that didnt work, lesson learned and should have done this exhange originally instead of gambling on amazon junk.
Ordered the part Monday afternoon in Calgary and it was in my hands Wednesday afternoon just unbelievable. Installed it in under an hour. Was on the road Wednesday evening. Very happy!
