August 21, 2026 - I have a Jetta 2017 and started to have problems with the touchscreen on my infotainment system. Many times the screen would just freeze or just not react to any touches. The system has Android Auto which is great, but when the music apps don't react to touch and you can't change channels it becomes a real pain. Having to unplug the cable from my phone and Android Auto became the only way to manually make these changes.
