Receptionist was completely rude. Could barely hear her and she sounded like she was high out of her mind. Asked if they did module repairs and she said “allegedly.” Asked to be transferred to someone who can help me with that and she hung up. I can see why their reviews are so garbage.

SCAM! Do not make the mistake that I did and send them your PCM. Rather than do what they promised and repair it for a low cost, they will say they cannot repair it and they will gladly sell you another PCM for hundreds more. Received a VERY rude email from one of their their techs who was upset that I tried to talk to him directly instead of just reply back to his email. Took me 4 phone calls to get them to finally issue a partial refund and send the PCM back.

If you an avoid using this Company service do So!! They are Not upfront that you will not get a full refund after they charge you, they play a trick game which is are you are charged $200 to fix a car ecu, the trick is that in the order form where you write your car information And your name above in small prints says diagnostic And shipping fees " which you pay is not refundable....Then they send another separate invoice as if you had order a part from them. Sent in bcm module for repair at $160 guaranteed to work. Was informed it wasn't repairable. I asked for it to be shipped back since i couldn't afford their replacement part at almost $400. I received bcm back and only $42 refund. They say it's a diagnostic fee and return shipping. That means the diagnostics were 75% of the repair. This is a bogus way to scam money for not doing a job. Most diagnostic fees are $25 to$50 not almost $120.
