i discussed with mark my issues on phone he said they would fix. i needed egr deleted in ecu causing stalling problems. i called after they had it said no problems found but they dont do deletions and he would refund my money. its been 2 weeks now and no refund.no evidence of anything being done to computer still had markings on it taht had not been smudge by any connector. believe this company is a scam.
I sent my module in for repair 3 weeks ago. I called to check progress and was told that the module was beyond repair and that another would be sent out in 3 - 4 days. So another week goes by, I call again and am told that the module was too far damaged and that they were waiting for a refurbished one to come in and to give them 3 - 4 days and they'd send it out. I said that's what I was told the first time. Also aren't they supposed to be refurbishing the modules themselves? I already already know how this goe... read more
