Visited the showroom today and spoke to Lee regarding having a modular home built on a block up north in a coastal location. Lee was knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy at all. Loved the display homes. They felt quite spacious even for my 6ft4 cousin. Much cheaper compared to another modular company I looked at who also asked for all my details before I'd even taken two steps toward the first display home. If I find the right block I'll be back.
Open on Sunday which is very convenient as I work full-time. Dropped in to their office/display centre. Im only in the early stages of looking and researching modular & kit homes for my rural property. Lovely display homes, I was surprised with how spacious the homes are and a top quality finish. A little pricier than I expected, but you get the complete finished product and I think still a bit cheaper than a traditional home build. Discussed viewing a Murchison with the sales representative. Travelled over 200km to view, only to find it's not available to view on site. Management said it may have been be a miscommunication. Highly unlikely. Since already having travelled such a long distance we viewed a 2 bedroom modular for my son. The bedrooms were incredibly small and pokey. Thank you to everyone at Modular WA. We have had the most amazing custom built Modular home built and delivered to our farm. From our first meeting and all the way through, everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and really listened to what we were wanting. Amazing what a difference the paved verandah makes! Our home rocks for all the right reasons.
We are in market for building a small extension/ granny flat type studio at our outdoor. Did our research and went out to showroom/main office yesterday morning. It was a shame as we met a staff who is not good at customer relation or has a poor attitude. Despite of us explaining that we came to have a look at the model houses and unit she kept on sying only negative informations including it can't be build if there is less tha 6 m2 of entry.
