I have been trying to get the company to do repairs on the dock for 4 years now and have heard nothing. Once you buy a dock they will forget about you. Other than empty promises of putting us on the schedule year after year. The dock has been falling apart since the day I got it, I expected more from a company that prides themselves on the strength of their docks. It’s just sad honestly. Many design flaws. Dock purchased in 2018, it’s now 2024 and several anchor points are broke, concrete cracked and crumbling on the edges with its only reinforcement being chicken wire causing major safety issues. The dock itself is an inferior product that’s meant to have issues and need repair with the quality of construction and can only be repaired by the company back at their shop. Great docks. There really isn’t any disputing how tough they are. Just wish they had more capacity to handle building more docks and servicing their current docks.
