RecommendedIt was easy for me to turn this room into my dream closet. Everything is good quality and easy to assemble. Jeff was a big help.
The quality and price was great. The customer service not so much. I can't fault them for the shipping company not delivering when it was set and all the frustration that came along with that. When I finally received the closet everything was there plus some extra hardware. Some dings on some of the peices but no big deal that's to be expected. This company is great! Everything came in perfect condition. Setting up the shipping time was very easy. We did get two wrong size drawer heads, but upon contacting customer service they immediately sent us two new correct size drawers with 2 day shipping. Highly recommend!
Love my new closet! Eli was awesome to work with! It was easy to assemble, we had one issue but Eli and their customer service fixed very quickly. If you are looking for an awesome closet without breaking the bank I recommend Modular Closets!
Received no assembly hardware with our large order, and didn’t find out until we dismantled the old closet and piled the clothes all over our room. To top it off, customer service is closed on weekends (today is Saturday) so have to wait until Monday to even talk with somebody about this. I have a small closet. I sent in my measurements and received a call and an email the next day. We discussed a few changes and I ordered. Everything was delivered the next week. My closet looks amazing now! Fantastic quality, easy to ordered, easy installation directions and heavy duty materials! Well worth the money! I highly recommend Modular Closets!
