Mod-Tec have supplied a number of homes to our parks we manage and I regard the quality of their homes as second to none. The entire process runs smoothly from the sales process, through production and final installation. Ive been dealing with a lot of Modular/prefab builder/suppliers/installers, all over this country, but these people are the best, (apart from their superior products and best pricing) their knowledge, and follow thru, and professionalism is The BEST (i dont make many recommendations but i VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Modtec) if you're looking for superior products, best prices and people who know what they are talking about, with good follow thru, you can save a lot of time by going to Modtech first
