I have really bad experience , I bought 3 connectors for my cousin as his request and paid by credit card , after a week got an email that they asked me question if I need more pieces , at that moment I had no idea why my cousin order connectors and answered them , again after a week got another email that they asks me about the order , I respond them "Please call me " , no call , no email !! no getting or update about order and shipping !!!! Love the mission statement for this company. Sustainable wood sourcing, formaldehyde-free glue....They have great customer service. The furniture is significantly sturdier and easier to assemble than Ikea stuff. There is no way my furniture is going to fall apart on me while moving it, like so many Ikea desks have in the past. Custom-designing for your space offers tremendous flexibility and reusability. Hit them up and have them help you design something, you won't regret it.
