Hi Modoma! After multiple calls and requests this is my only avenue to get someone to return my call and resolve my issues. I was a customer for about 5 years. I had multiple issues - the most egregious was one of your male therapists took a phone into my session. After calling multiple times someone finally called to tell me he denied it. I have been getting massages here for several months, and much as I liked the treatment I was receiving, I will not be returning. The staff and management do not understand what communication is and will not bother to get in touch with you if you try to reach out to them. I had an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable massage during which I was undraped and touched inappropriately.
