Sat for three hours IN A WHEELCHAIR IN PAIN!!! CRYING! AND STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN! MY friend went to ask for help.....its been 15 more minutes.....still NO HELP....
Helped me out fast and with kindness
We were in a tough situation with a hospital bill. Marina Ruiz went above and beyond what we expected and helped us to resolve the issue. Also, everytime I bring my aunt to the ER/hospital ALL the staff are wonderful. The growth of Modoc Medical is such a blessing for the whole community.
Fabulous staff! My child was well taken care of.
Positive: E.R care was good, fast, friendly, and professional. Negative: Administration services suck. Nothing was forwarded. No communication to the V.A. I was billed for things that were supposed to be sent to my insurance.
