I Would not recommend using mod mansions for your get away.. when I booked the place they didn’t / don’t tell u that you can be loud outside in the day time, all I was told when I checked in was that outside was for us to take a dip , tan , and read a book .. and that we can be loud inside with the doors closed. We are loud people..not saying parting loud just our voices .. plus you are on vacation.. the Jacuzzi was not heated.. what is a jacuzzi for , to be cold? Our booking, done seven months in advance, was retracted less than 60 days prior to the stay because of an error in the reservation system. ModMansions found us a property in Cathedral City, but it was not at the level of the original home booked. We were disappointed in the competence of the office staff.
