I want to thank Modlin Electric and Plumbing for coming out on short notice. I had a kitchen sink clogged. They sent a young man who worked his tail off. He went underneath the home, the attic, and roof to figure out where the problem was. It took him over three hours on his own, but he was determined to fix the problem. After crawling all over the tight crawl space, he was able to locate the blockage and fix it with a snake. Thank you again. I highly recommend Modlin.
They were able to troubleshoot my problem. I am a retired electrical engineer. I followed them through their trouble shooting. They really knew their stuff. They kept me informed of everything they did. I have actually used them for two different issues,

Logan Modlin is one of our area's very best electricians. We have used Logan numerous times and he solved a variety of difficult issues on each occasion, all at a reasonable price.
