Terrible service from this business! They're clearly not following their own policies and procedures. I ordered 4 wheels with 24 wheel nuts, and it took over 14 days to get the wheels, and only after my dad threatened to escalate the issue. The wheels arrived, but no nuts. I've been calling and emailing for a refund, but radio silence for 7 days. My dad, a business expert, is taking them to the ACCC under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Not impressed!
