I usually don't have too many issues with Modivcare - although more recently, I've had two separate appointments in which they've booked Uber health. I originally had an actual transportation company planning to pick me up, but this morning (10/19/2026) - I went to check for an update and modivcare had reassigned my ride to Uber Health, which nobody picked me up due to Uber being unreliable in my area.. which caused me to miss my appointment today. Some people don't understand that Modivcare does not actually do the transportation. They assign rides to transportation companies so it's not actually Modivcare driving individuals. I schedule my clients rides on a daily basis so I know all the bs but once in awhile you will get a amazing representative that helps, other times you will get someone that has zero idea what they are doing. Either way, just wanted to provide info because I don't believe all the blame should be put on Modivcare specifically.
They left my roommate at their apt and never show up for her PT appointment. I called today about appointment for today for my appointment tomorrow and I asked for the name and phone number of the people that are going to take me doctors appointment. They stated that they guidelines wont allow them to give me the number to the transportation company. Also they cancel my apt for today with no reason!!!
