My mom (who has a very bad back, and now is in a walker) ordered this ride 2 day's ago, and confirmed the ride a day ago. Her ride dropped her off like they were supposed to, but here is the very "unpleasant" part. After her appointment was over and she went out waiting for her ride.. Her ride still hasn't come, it's been 4 hours, it's now 3:24pm. She called her insurance company about it and they said, "they would have someone there to pick her up" yet.. This is the worst transportation company. I can never get any assistance when I call; there is no manager available, and the only thing a customer service rep can do is tell me what they can't do.
