This is the worst transportation company. I can never get any assistance when I call; there is no manager available, and the only thing a customer service rep can do is tell me what they can't do.

This company is jus ridiculous won't give me lyft and Uber which I keep telling them it's faster and reliable than relying on prestige transportation or any other transportation company and they keep on giving me them and others jus for me to stay stranded and being late to appointments I will no longer use modiv care yall ride service router department is jus HORRIBLE
No one picks up
I had an appointment and my return ride was supposed to be at 8:45 A.M. Iam physically challenged and they informed me that my ride was canceled. It is now 11:16 a.m. and I am still waiting now they are informing me it will be another hour. How do you leave someone that's physically charged stranded? This is not the first time I have been stranded by this company. How many other patients have this happened to? I am very much sadden by unprofessional action! Minister Dr Sharon Simmons Rating them is a zero for me!
