Calling in is horrible using the app is horrible. The drivers are horrible. It doesn’t matter what you do. You’re going to receive bad service. The customer service representatives are so rude. Then you’re going on the app the app keep glitching then I spoke to a supervisor after talking to a representative and the supervisor are even rude this is overly ridiculous And things need to change, Put people in there that actually wants to work cause obviously the ones that’s there Don’t like their job.

Their nj location is inherently incompetent almost always late and cancels without notifying, had no ride this morning due to their negligence. Should be called modivdoesntcare. 90% of the time their drivers are texting while enroute. Their management also choose to lie to their clients about reasons for ride denial as shown in this letter

How do I loathe thee, Modivcare, let me count the ways. Yes, medical transportation has been a lifesaver. Modivcare just barely provides it. The driver may opt not to show up, leaving you high and dry. When the transportation does show up, they are frighteningly bad drivers in filthy vans who spend the whole drive complaining to me about how poorly they're paid.
