Working with this company has been extremely frustrating. The way they distribute work is disorganized, inconsistent, and often unfair. Jobs are handed out with little notice, no transparency, and no clear system — it feels like favoritism Communication is a major issue. First I’m going to preface this by saying that medical transportation is a blessing!! I’m so grateful it exists and that it’s available to us patients for free via insurance. It’s been a lifesaver these past few months while I needed treatment. They’ve upgraded by a lot and usually send me private Lyfts which I appreciate a lot. I try to always look at this company via that lens so that the client care comes second.
