This company has horrible customer service. They have cost me four doctor visits. I've had them have a no show. Thier automotive service hardly works. App. never works. Then you finally get a representative they tell they cant schedule a trip because its after hours. Or like today 48 hours notice is time before visit they want. It was well before and i will be missing another important visit
Don't just pay attention to the ratings (complaints), also pay attention to how the company responds. Responses are copied and pasted, cold and passive aggressive. This is the worst logistics company in the world. Why would any insurance company have them under contract, I am not sure?? They are definitely a liability. Mark my words, it's only a matter of time that this company is shut down and/or has a huge class action lawsuit on their hands. Motivcare is unapologetically harmful and unsafe for members. This company has always been hard to deal with and the phone agents are rude and petulant. I have made endless complaints about the service or lack of service and to retaliate on a recent appointment trip they dropped me off (on the side of Highway 281 in the heat and most unsafe area). This was an hour away from where I actually needed to be in a entirely different county. The driver told me to get out and call motivcare to correct the situation.
