This company must have recently acquired a WellCare contract. They were not the previous transportation company. WellCare changed to Modivcare approximately 6 months ago. Since the change Modivcare has neglected to make pickups 5 times for my mother on dialysis. When WellCare contacted to file a grievance, they lied to the WellCare representative and said she didn’t have an active plan. WellCare confirmed she did and are now under review.
My request for Lab work transportation was denied - dr krishna
....poor service, slow to resolve glitches in software missing trips and routinely showing up an hour early then blame you for missing your important appointment. Lyfts app drivers and vehicles run cleaner and show up when you want them, though nowadays they seldom speak English or understand directions. Phone operators sound sweet yet professionally rude with scripted dismissive tones. I wanted to ask the young lady if in fact I was the one working for her🙄 --Stranded in Austin
I worked for this company back in 2021 at the Austin office and still haven't received my last check. I been trying to reach them for YEARS now but they always have some type of excuses to not connect me to someone. At this point I'm getting ready to hire an attorney to go after them.
