Motive care keeps scheduling me rides with a company called just rides which never picks you up on time and never picks you up at all I requested not to ride with just ride spoke with a lady today 731 2025 she was rude and hung up her name was LaShonda
They're Vehicles are dirty, smell of B.O., and show up to pick way to early so you sit there for an hour for an appointment. Windows are all broken. Low quality service especially for a very important service for disabled whom are in need of this service were metroaccess can't go.
This company is not reliable. I mainly do gas reimbursement trips due to driver instability. I submitted a trip that was accepted and I was givenn a confirmation # and it was later, after the trip was made, that it was put into the system as rejected. No one I've talked to is able to help me with the issue and no problems were found in the submittal. I am just out of luck with anyone able to help get my milage reimbursed.
