First and last time w Heather. I told her I wanted it at my chin. I can barely tuck it behind ears. I wasted a bunch of time making an album on phone (34 pictures) of prior haircuts.... she was annoyed. Shushed my phone away only half way through. Said she got it. I never even got to the picture of what I wanted. I also said I wanted to go darker for the winter she said no. Such a disappointment. Haircut, All Over Color plus all Over highlights cost $160.

Heather is the best stylist I have ever had. Always a fantastic haircut and such a fun person to chat with. She’s great!
