I used to LOVE going here… I would usually book with Jenna. I never had a bad experience here until I had to cancel my appointment because my dad had a heart attack and I had to rush to the hospital. This was an hour before my appointment and I was on the way to the salon when I got the phone call about my dad. Walk in : I had asked if there was availability I feel like we did a stare down and she was very rude and didn't even ask if I wanted an appointment no smile no nothing . She was a women with black hair don't know her name she couldn't even introduce her self kicker place was completely empty no costumers she was standing there holding her self up on the counter

Michelle is the best, hands down. I've been going to her for a year and a half or so and she perfects my hair every single time. She is fun, personable, and knowledgeable on how to get your hair to be the best it can be. I had a terrible experience, twice, with another salon in town. They basically gave me black roots (not even close to my natural) and bleached my hair poorly so that it looked orange and yellow.
