I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! My young daughter had a really rough day at school, so I wanted to surprise her with a special treat. I called last minute hoping to book a mommy-and-daughter haircut, or at least get her in. The stylist was incredibly friendly and accommodating and was able to take both of us. I used to LOVE going here… I would usually book with Jenna. I never had a bad experience here until I had to cancel my appointment because my dad had a heart attack and I had to rush to the hospital. This was an hour before my appointment and I was on the way to the salon when I got the phone call about my dad. Even with all of this, I still called the salon and let them know I couldn’t come as I was speeding to the hospital. Walk in : I had asked if there was availability I feel like we did a stare down and she was very rude and didn't even ask if I wanted an appointment no smile no nothing . She was a women with black hair don't know her name she couldn't even introduce her self kicker place was completely empty no costumers she was standing there holding her self up on the counter
