I don’t normally like to come on here to complain and impact someone else’s business but I did try to go through the hairstylist personally but it was still unresolved, and I want to prevent others from making the same mistake. I came to Irene to get a balayage blend to my hair. She and I confirmed day before what I wanted to get done.
