The saleslady/OWNER started with lots of compliments and kept asking the same questions, which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine interest. I mentioned I wasn’t sure about buying, but she kept insisting it looked good. I ended up handing over my card without clearly agreeing. As soon as I said I didn’t like it, she told me there were no refunds. It felt like the focus was on making a sale, not actually caring about the customer.

I purchased the coconut vanilla hair mask a week ago. My hair had a lot of breakage and in the couple of times that I've used it my hair is so much more manageable and soft. I've tried so many different hair products but nothing ever worked. I am very pleased with this product and I recommend it to anyone that has breakage or fly aways.

Megan was amazing! She helped my sister find hair extensions for her wedding. The hair extensions are durable and really great quality. The products they sell are all high quality products. I also sell an awesome blowout brush. It was great!
