I used Akkodis, formerly Modis, to head hunt for a position in my company. I worked with Jerry Cavagnaro and Marie Badger to place someone in the position we were seeking as contract-to-hire. I found that the quality of candidates was very borderline and it seemed clear that they were not being screened and the candidate resumes were not being thoroughly reviewed. This is the worse company that I ever worked for; they are completely misfunctioning company, extremely hard to get answers to any of their screw up with payroll, benefits, expenses reimbursement, even to issue you a laptop and add to it the basic software like Microsoft office to allow you to do your work. They complicate everything for you and there is no way to reach out to anyone, and their support numbers and emails are all fake, you will never get anyone to respond to you or address your questions or concerns. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I accepted a job with them and quit my previous job. A few days before my start date, I got an email (from Madison Kaldenberg) saying my offer was pulled. No explanation as to why, and no response to my follow up email, now I’m currently unemployed and scrambling to find something asap so I can pay my bills. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Worst experience ever. Told me wrong address, wrong time, never got my stuff back, and never got returned calls. Stay away
