Horrible company. This company needs to revisit their business customer service and tech support services. I called for support on several issues with their product and I got no real answer. Every time I called I got a different person who had their own different opinion of what they think was the problem. Never once did they follow a good step by step approach to solve the issues. This company makes TERRIBLE quality products. I purchased a 75k BTU Hot Dawg heater from them in December and have spent more money fixing this thing than it costed to buy the unit. They don’t support any technical / troubleshooting and push that off to 3rd parties to deal with. The unit has now broken a 4th time - and once again ‘all we can do is send a new part’, but guess who gets stuck with the bill?!
