The BEST coconut cake you will ever sink your teeth in to. Modica Market is such a fabulous little grocery store. So many great and unique items. My favorites are the coconut cake and the chicken salad. Modica is a MUST VISIT when anywhere near Seaside.
Service was excellent behind the deli counter as they were happy to answer questions about their food. They also served pints of beer from local breweries to take with you while you shop. The cold sandwiches were excellent and worth it compared to the food truck court outside. Definitely be sure to get your lunch here.

Fun gourmet market! Lots of specialty items you can’t find at the supermarket (Publix). But the real reason to go is the deli and bakery- wow! Wish we could have tried everything. They also make great coffee. Tables are outside for dining. They are right on the plaza in Seaside. Such a gem.
