Good tourist market in seaside
Great quality items. Especially enjoyed the pastries. Higher priced goes along with its quality the upper-scale location.
Modica is very special and I love going there for their cookies and Lattes!
The BEST coconut cake you will ever sink your teeth in to. Modica Market is such a fabulous little grocery store. So many great and unique items. My favorites are the coconut cake and the chicken salad. Modica is a MUST VISIT when anywhere near Seaside.
