Read the BBB complaints before you consider ordering from modfire. I ordered a fireplace 11/28. 4 months later, no fireplace, no refund, and the owner has just stopped responding.
Do not purchase from this company. Horrific customer service. Horrific experience. Still awaiting an order from 11-21. It is now 1-23. Don’t know when they will send me my order. Tatum stopped replying to my emails months ago. Find another product.
Nearly $3K on a firepit that had paint peeling off of it out of the crate. Customer service is a disaster. They're so busy filling new order that they can't help customers that had already paid. Oh, and it took nearly 7 months to get the damn thing. What a mess.
