Update: I’m changing my previous 2-star rating to 5 stars. Here’s why: Immediately after I posted my review, Subaru General Manager Perry reached out to me by phone, email, and text. He took the time to look into what happened and genuinely wanted to hear my side. He explained what had happened on their end without making excuses and offered solutions. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Modesto Subaru. I went to the dealership hoping to trade in my 2025 Subaru Forester for an Ascent because I need more room for my kids. I purchased my 2025 Forester from Modesto Subaru, and kept the vehicle in mint condition. On Saturday, we worked with the dealership and agreed on a deal through email. This is by far the best Subaru dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few! I honestly would drive, however far to come to this particular dealership! Everyone is super friendly!
