Went in looking for a new crosstrek and Jay was informative and helpful throughout the process. Wished it would’ve gone a bit smoother but the guys at Modesto Subaru worked hard to get it done, so shoutout to all of them, and for sure shoutout to Jay for taking care of the ol’ customer!
