Every time I call it seems more like im calling someone house. Not professional, not friendly, seem annoyed to answer any questions about loved one. They offer no kind words of support.
This place is horrible! Do not let your loved ones go there! Even though they have a zero fall rating it happens there a lot. The nurses are rude and don't care for there patient at all... ignoring them as they call out to them. Administrator and Director of Nursing will act like they are concerned then do nothing and don't follow up with you. PT and OT is good there.
