My service was disconnected after over 36 years of paying on time and in full. Having called MID, explained my circumstances, gave them a payment date that preceded the next bill I was shocked that my service was interrupted. After 4 separate conversations I was told I called too early and they didnt record my request. I was never advised I had to call back and received mo notification. My neighbor called to make payment arrangements. She is a disabled widow without transportation and needs to do breathing treatments daily.... read more
