Even though short staffed our server was working hard and wonderful. Food was delicious and very well prepared. Recommend trying this place!
We had a bunch of great food in Asheville but this was not at the top of the list. My entree had what seemed like rubber boiled chicken, and a sauce that was runny. My husband thought it tasted like chemicals, I just thought it wasn't great. I'm hindsight I should have sent it back, but I was just ready to leave. His entree was better. Food portions were massive. Other diners seems to be enjoying their items so mine was perhaps just a miss for the night. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were nice.
Good Italian Restaurant We had a very good experience at Modesto. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was tasty. The portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. The prices are a little on the high end, but overall, we enjoyed the meal and the experience. A good choice if you’re looking for Italian food in Asheville.
I don't normally review local businesses on here, but after visiting Modesto this weekend with my girlfriend we both felt compelled to let you know what's up, because our time at your restaurant was the very best that we've had together in a very long time.
