It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with this establishment! The tires I got were one step up from the cheapest they had. I'm not sure what the quality is yet but they look great, have deep tread, great mileage rating and seem to be performing excellent for the price point. I did drive from Greenwood but every part of the transaction was worth it. Great customer service, very friendly and kind people, they even had me in and out in less than 1 hour replacing all four tires. I would refer anyone to them!

couldn't give a five-star rating for two reasons. First, the technician who began working on my trailer tire put it on the rim and then vanished, leaving me outside in the cold waiting for him to finish the installation. Fortunately, another employee stepped in after some time and offered his help. He was exceptional and truly deserves recognition — I even decided to replace another tire and tipped him for his great service. The second issue that affected my rating was the payment process. I would give 5 stars but they did not inform me until I was there to pick up my vehicle that there is a fee for using a credit card or bank card. If I would have been told that over the phone when I spoke to them or even when I dropped off the vehicle I would have just paid in cash. All fees should be disclosed to the customer.
