Professional and wonderful service.
I’ve been getting my glasses fitted here for many years. Although I have tried out a few other optometrists along the way to compare, I always come back to this place. To be honest, I don’t see anything wrong with it at all. The staff are always friendly, polite, and professional. The service here is exceptional.
I’ve lived in Sydney for ten years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such terrible service. Yesterday I brought my nephew for an eye test. At first, the front desk staff was very friendly. We had booked an appointment for 10:30 today. The optometrist was late.
