JAN 2025. MODERNISTIC SEAN AND HELPER SHOWED UP LATE AND RIGHT AT DARK... THEY CUT SOO MANY CORNERS INSTALLING A 16' DOOR. IT WAS A TOTAL CLUSTER F INSTALLATION. I had an appointment in Jan. between 11-3p with Modernistic Doors. They came at like Dark:30. Twas after 5 pm....So, these guys did not install some materials, they took those materials, and still have those in their possession. I am missing some self tapping screws, sheet metal screws, pull rope, long lag screws to attach header bracket above the drums, 2 pull hand... read more
Installer Chris was very knowledgeable and polite.
Chris, was great to work with. He kept us informed regarding installation schedule and timing. He made us aware of a change we needed to our concrete footing, so that our new doors would fit properly. The installation went smoothly and he and his team performed a good cleanup afterwards. We had one door that needed a new opener and I contracted with Chris to do that work, too. I recommend him very highly.
