Great experience with Carmen this afternoon at the store! Very helpful, informative and went out of her way to find us out sectional!
Wonderful experience ! 5 STARS ***** We wanted to buy a sofa with a hard cushion. We tried everywhere but I couldn’t find the one that fulfills this criteria. Mr. Harmandeep Singh was very kind and patient to show all the options available. He worked with me to select the right one. More surprisingly the sofa was tailor made to my needs (Color, design and hardness) and delivered within 5 days !! I will buy again here.

Another update - not even a year later my couch was garbage, just FYI Update! The company reached out and offered to come and fix the sectional. Really good customer service. Thanks guys!
We purchased a sofa on December 29/23 and it was supposed to be in at the end of January 2024. I had to call at the end of January and found out it would be delivered on February 7/24. The day before they called and said sofa was damaged so would have to wait for another to be shipped from China in 2-3 weeks. It is now March 1st and still have not heard anything so will have to call again. It seems most businesses these days do not care about the customer especially once they have your money.
