I bought a leather L shaped couch approximately 6 months ago. Within a month screws holding the back of a seat popped out. One of the guys came and screwed them back in however the first time I moved the back of the seat down to use as drink holders they popped back out. As well, underneath the recliner it’s loosing small pieces of foam. I called the store to request repair once again and was asked if I could wait a week which I was happy to do. Wonderful experience ! 5 STARS ***** We wanted to buy a sofa with a hard cushion. We tried everywhere but I couldn’t find the one that fulfills this criteria. Mr. Harmandeep Singh was very kind and patient to show all the options available. He worked with me to select the right one. More surprisingly the sofa was tailor made to my needs (Color, design and hardness) and delivered within 5 days !! I will buy again here.
