Awesome customer service. Placed order on a Sunday evening. While I was initially informed that it would take 5-10 days to complete the order, I included a note that my order was a gift for an Eagle Scout & his ceremony was on the upcoming Saturday. I had my order on Wednesday! The packaging was very secure. BTW. the Eagle Scout was VERY impressed with is Silver Eagle!
