Justin and his team are amazing! We got our exterior painted at the end of the season but Justin made sure he provided a quality product that we will enjoy for years to come, even though that meant postponing the work for a couple days due to cold and rainy weather. He also was extremely receptive to our requests. Modern Building & Design offer great painting services...They definitely went above and beyond...if I could give them 6 stars I would!
Where do I start. Modern Builders and Design went Far and Beyond what most contractors would. To say that I was in a time crunch is an understatement trying to get the house ready to put on Market with only four day notice Justin was eager to help us meet our deadline. The work that they did was very professional and we are totally satisfied from the initial conversation and them seeing it through to the end
They were very honest and professional and completed all of the work requested in a timely manner. Justin and Brian made sure to clearly communicate the work being done and were very responsive to my time frame needed. I was very happy with the work done and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Very happy with the way that our concrete patio turned out. After things didn't go as originally planned, Justin made sure we were completely satisfied in the end. His communication and customer service throughout the process was excellent and his crew was hardworking and professional. I would recommend his services without reservation.
