The team who worked on my renovations were unfailingly friendly and professional and went the distance to come up with innovative solutions which worked out perfectly.
In a busy construction climate, Modern took my concern of a broken garage door spring and responded as if I was there only customer. They were in my garage the next day, provided a quote and ordered the part. The repair was completed the same week. Great people and excellent quality of work. My experience with Modern Windows in Powell River was beyond exceptional!!! From the first phone call I made to the to inquire about sliding doors and closet doors and then later on not knowing it my front door handle. Their customer service is so warm and inviting its like talking to an old friend.
