Derrick called on us to estimate the cost of replacing our 50 year old sliding door to our deck. Debbie arranged a convenient time for the work to be done. Everything went smoothly as scheduled. Chris and Aaron came to do the work. It was removing the existing door from a stucco exterior wall so very challenging. Plus it was on a summer day that was 30 degrees. They were really great and very pleasant to get along with and left the area they were working in cleaner than when they came. We are very pleased with the work done ... read more

Nicely installed, Drew took extra time to deal with the fine details and everything is flawless. It may be my lack of education in casement hinges but i was surprised to see the window pane open with the hinge at about 1/3 away from the edge of the frame..... My past experience with these hinges was that they are attached onto the frame. Some clear options and pictures in regards to the hinges would be appreciated on the website. I am learning to live with them as they are....

I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication because I had heard good things about this company. Unfortunately I've gotten the run around for over a month and despite having paid the deposit and being told it should take around 3 days for custom screens I am still waiting. Last Monday, after I'd already been ignored by one sales guy, paid the expected 50% deposit and had to follow up twice to actually get responses, they finally did the measurements. Now it's been another 10 days and no one has contacted me... read more
