I contracted Modern Windows to place an overhead glass structure above an alcove at the rear of my house. The sole purpose of the project was to create a covered dry area. The design was left with Modern windows. What I ended up with was a covered wet zone. The dimensions of the structure allowed back splash from the roof to soak about 50% of the covered area.
