They called me and misled me into believing I won $ 1,200 off windows. Well, to 'win' that amount, I have to spend $12,000! Their tactics are misleading. They also said on the phone that I didn't have to purchase that day, but in fact, the price was only good for a day. I was also told I that just need three windows for the guy to 'measure', but when he gets there, I can only buy one. Also, not true. Please beware of Modern Window.
Super tacky company. Entered to win a patio set, which led to them calling me and leaving a message that they had good news about the patio set or $1500, and for me to call back to discuss what I won. I called back for them to tell me that I am in the running, but they wanted to assure me that this is not a scam. Just the fact that they tell me it is not a scam makes it suspicious. Why say that at all? Then she goes on to say I was chosen for $1200 off.. I’d avoid them at all costs. Don't give them your phone number.
The sales tactics from the initial telemarketing phone call to the estimate meeting were very aggressive.
Windows look great and the installation crew was knowledgeable and very friendly. .
