First time I've used these guys and more than happy. The quality of work is really impressive as they ensured that the aluminum louvres fully and closely covered a bay window. I have to say they did a better job than Advantage, who didn't properly cover another nearby window.

Jane and Luke have nailed the ever elusive "customer service" that so many other places fail. From order to install, our every query, worry, and after-thought was handled in a timely, respectful, and knowledgeable manner. After originally going with Ziptraks, Luke....yes, Luke, the owner, decided the quality wasn't what it should be. This is the second time I have used Modern Window Furnishings. First time was to replace a sliding door and security screen that a handyman destroyed, lesson learned. Second time to replace a window frame and security screen, 2 window security screens and 2 security doors. The service was excellent, measure up and quote was super quick. Luke and his team excelled in the installation of our Crimsafe security door, sliding doors, and screens.
