Just wow! Lauren was super sweet and somehow understood my incoherent thoughts about what I wanted in my haircut. I love my hair! I will travel back to Honesdale to get my hair done as much as I can just to see her!

Went in for a balayage, got very badly done chunky highlights instead but did not realize as I had to leave the appointment with my hair wet as I had plans and had already been there for four hours. I called the next day to ask if I could have it fixed and when the owner finally called me back several hours later she was rude and condescending like it was such a big issue for her to have it fixed and couldn't get me in until several days later and refused to give a refund. Went to Modern Willow for "mommy and me" haircuts with my toddler recently. It was my daughter's first haircut ever. They were so kind, patient and easy going with her. Amanda cut my hair and did an amazing job! Absolutely love the cut! Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back. Love the dogs too! <3
