Liz is the absolute best masseuse. She has worked with our entire family (parents from 40s to 50s, children from teens to 20s) for years. She has treated my frozen shoulder as well as our son’s strains from sports. She adjusts the treatment to each member of the family’s needs and also incorporates other techniques like cupping when needed. We have recommended Liz to many friends and family members.
Very professional, very courteous, and made my first massage ever very relaxing after I expressed some anxiety. Found and helped spots I didn’t even know I needed helping. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Liz for years and I am consistently impressed with my experience. Every session, she takes the time to understand my needs and tailor the session accordingly. Her technique is perfect for whatever my muscles need that day. The atmosphere of the office is calm, quiet and clean. She is always on time for my appointments. I have tried many massage therapists in the area over the years and Liz is the only one I go to on a consistent basis. Can’t recommend her enough.
I just returned to the area and found Liz via Google reviews and I am SO glad I did! She's so intuitive and easily finds trouble spots on me.
