I have been going to Liz for deep tissue massage for years and I don’t think I could live without her! She is very skilled and knowledgeable about massage and I always leave feeling taller and pain free! If you are looking for someone who will work with you as an individual and address any specific areas or pain/tightness you may have in your body she is your girl!
I'm so thankful I found Liz! Her hands immediately find the painful places. Her treatment room is very relaxing and comforting, and one thing I really love is that she uses a massage cream instead of oil. I don't have to rush home and into the shower because I'm not greasy afterward! Once I did something to my back and could barely stand up. I have been seeing Liz for 8 years now and she is amazing. She really knows the entire body and trigger points. I don't know how I would survive without her! You won't be disappointed!
I have been going to Liz for years and I am consistently impressed with my experience. Every session, she takes the time to understand my needs and tailor the session accordingly. Her technique is perfect for whatever my muscles need that day. The atmosphere of the office is calm, quiet and clean. She is always on time for my appointments. I have tried many massage therapists in the area over the years and Liz is the only one I go to on a consistent basis. Can’t recommend her enough.
Liz is absolutely fantastic! I have been seeing her once a month for over a year now and she is an absolute life saver!
