I just returned to the area and found Liz via Google reviews and I am SO glad I did! She's so intuitive and easily finds trouble spots on me. I have severe chronic myofascial/musculoskeletal pain issues and without regular effective massage therapy, I'm in serious pain. Since finding Liz a couple months ago, my pain is nearly under control and my mobility is improving. She has been relentless in helping me feel better and I appreciate her kindness and care. I have been going to Liz for deep tissue massage for years and I don’t think I could live without her! She is very skilled and knowledgeable about massage and I always leave feeling taller and pain free! If you are looking for someone who will work with you as an individual and address any specific areas or pain/tightness you may have in your body she is your girl!
I'm so thankful I found Liz! Her hands immediately find the painful places. Her treatment room is very relaxing and comforting, and one thing I really love is that she uses a massage cream instead of oil. I don't have to rush home and into the shower because I'm not greasy afterward! Once I did something to my back and could barely stand up.
