I called a few times and left a message and never got a call back. In scheduling I had asked a question and still no response. After seeing these reviews I am going to cancel my virtual appointment.
Reached out a week ago via email due to deteriorating mental health, never got a response. Called her number, which said to send a text for faster response. Texted her asking about availability, nothing. The least you can do for someone who is struggling with mental health is tell them you're not accepting new clients if that's the case. A therapist who ignores people isn't a therapist I'd want, I suggest finding someone more empathetic.
Jess has helped me so much this past year and I have made so much progress in my wellness journey. I am forever grateful for her. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to talk to who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and very caring.
Jessica used to be the therapist for my teenage son for a couple months. My son ended up receiving Intensive Outpatient therapy, after he was discharged from the program we attempted to schedule an appointment with Jessica as it was recommended from the mental health hospital.
