We received our items damaged, when attempting to hold them accountable for their mistake in a calm manner and requesting a reimbursement, they called the police on patrons instead of resolving the issue or holding accountability for their error. Terrible service, abhorrent customer service.
Went here to try to get a stain out of my dress… they said they couldn’t get it out. Fine. I asked if they at least cleaned it they said yes but that was in fact a lie because the dress still smelled like the perfume I had one the night I wore it. I don’t appreciate being lied to and wasting good money on a service that wasn’t even given.
