Honestly, if I had the option to give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service, where my family and I almost had to involve the police. What should have been a simple and respectful exchange turned into an unnecessarily hostile situation, in the presence of a child. Absolutely terrible service where I almost had to call the police. We were unhappy with the tailoring of a pair of pants, and when we told them, the wife became argumentative and defensive. She was the one who told us her husband measured the pants wrong and when we came to pick it up and expressed our displeasure, the wife started raising her voice and became extremely defensive. We received our items damaged, when attempting to hold them accountable for their mistake in a calm manner and requesting a reimbursement, they called the police on patrons instead of resolving the issue or holding accountability for their error. Terrible service, abhorrent customer service.
