I order tyres from their Web site and had booked to have them fitted a few days later. When I turned up and drove onto one of their bays, they lifted up the rear of the car, only to be then told that the tyres that I had ordered hadn't being delivered, but they had two other different branded tyres, but I declined, so they told me that they would ring me when they had the correct brand. 8 days later and 11 days after placing the order online, they rang me to say they now had them on stock.
