We have not been able to stop talking about the incredible experience we had at the Modern Twig showroom with Jesse and Cheryl. Kitchen renovation is stressful, Not only are these cabinets beautiful but the design assistance and guidance we received made the entire process straightforward and honestly a lot of fun.
I can't say enough good things about Modern Twig. From the start, their team walked me through every step of the process to redesign my outdated kitchen. They helped me decide which Ikea cabinet frames I needed, then matched them with beautiful Modern Twig doors, panels and trim. They even populated both my Ikea and Modern Twig shopping carts so all I had to do was review and place the orders. It honestly took all the stress out of the process. I recommend booking a design service with Jesse!
We were really excited to check out their new showroom. I'm not sure when they moved in, but it definitely has a fresh & clean new vibe. FYI It was by appointment only when we visited because I dont think they have someone there every day. Although they dont have dedicated parking, there's a lot of street parking and parking structure options. They had a full kitchen setup to showcase their wood finish. I had the dream of a dry bar/extra storage/coffee bar. Thanks to designer Jesse Juarez he made our dream a reality. He was understanding of my anxiety he was patient with our changes and misunderstandings. Jesse made sure everything was delivered on our builders timeline which was VERY tight. I highly recommend Modern Twig for quality and excellent customer service.
Working with Modern Twig was a dream. They helped our kitchen cabinet doors after we had ordered the IKEA boxes. We were also going to need to wait on a few cabinets that were backordered at IKEA, but they were able to build them for us! The slightly extra cost was worth our sanity not know when the IKEA cabinets would come in. Plus the customer service was amazing!
